Our first week of sport in IP is done and dusted. The performances put in by our wonderful children has been great. This week saw some difficult cricket results to start off our week with two hard fought losses against Woodhill for the Open boys. This was followed by the rain cancelling a few fixtures.However this did not dampen the school spirits. Practices are well attended and the boys are looking forward to the next round of cricketing fixtures against Springvale.
It was not all doom and gloom as the IP hosted the first swimming gala of the year. Despite a rainy start the swimmers held to a high standard and finishing second behind WHPS/DSG and ahead of both Woodhill and Southdowns respectively.
I would to thank all the Mount Edmund parents for all the encouragement and support for our CBC teams this past week.
Onwards and upwards into our next week of fixtures. Best of Luck to all the teams representing the college this week!
